I want to connect my satellite tv to next-door neighbor's satellite dish in narrow space between our two houses. We both subscribe to Direct TV. I expect tp pay full monthly fee. Motive is not to save money, but to save obstruction and ugliness. Can this be done so?

Yes, you would need a dish with dual heads (two of the receiver heads in the one dish) I hope they still make them. I haven't seen a Dish in 20 yrs.
The number of "heads" on the sat dish is not the issue. This just allows you to access more than one satellite and has nothing to do with how many TVs you can connect to the sat dish.
I don't think DISH will allow you to use one dish for two locations but you can ask. The single dish could be used on one account as if all the TVs were in one house but I doubt this would be officially sanctioned by them even though you would have to pay for the additional boxes and use of them.
