I'm looking to buy a Gaming Laptop. Have a few questions though : / First off I have about 2k-2500 price range(Saving any little bit of cash would be nice but Performance and Longevity is #1). With that price range i feel like it shouldn't be to much to ask for it to last atleast 3 yrs if not more towards 5yr. By that I want it to hold up being hauled about when traveling [My job requires me to travel every 2/3 weeks all across the US]. Second concern is getting the best hardware performance wise... With the GTX 1080 right around the corner idk how much part that will play in the laptop game in the near future. The two I've looked the most into is the Alienware 17 and MSI GT72S G-220.
