I'm having problems with my laptop and I don't know what it is. For sure I know that is heat problems, the thing is that I don't know how can I solve it.
First the thing is that every time that I'm playing a game like League of Legends for example most of the times the screen goes black, the game and system keeps running for a while and then crashes the whole system but the computer keeps running (The fans and everything) until I do a hard reset.
The computer starts to get hot in the fan and the battery areas when I use it for anything not game related and gets a little slow sometimes. So I've been monitoring the temperature of my computer and it stays from 65 °C to 75 °C being the limit 84 °C according to RealTemp. Being 75°C when I'm using only Google Chrome to watch videos and using Facebook, being that too hot for only one program.
I feel that it's most likely an overheating problem but I don't know if it's coming from the fans not working properly (They are really loud) or even if the battery can be generating some heat (It shows this message : HP Battery Alert
The system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below to be very low.
For optimal performance, this battery may need to be replaced.

One thing last thing is that every time that play any game I use the program "Throttle Stop" because the games get really slow every 15 minutes. I don't know if my irresponsible usage of it can have caused any damage or something or if the problem is because of the heat.
I need to know what can solve the problem. If removing the Battery and use it plugged in, or cleaning the fans and replacing the thermal paste of the CPU to make it work better or if it's a lost cause at this point.
Oh yeah, my System Specs are:
OS: Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bits
CPU: 2nd Gen Core i3 2310M 2.10 GHz
GPU: Dedicated Intel HD3000
RAM: 3 Gb
HDD: 500GB
