Solution
Greetings Azadeh_1,

What model ASUS laptop do you have?

If possible remove the battery and unplug the power adapter. Then hold down the power button for 30 seconds and try again.
Plug your device to an external monitor to see if the display is defective.
Not sure about the two power buttons part, could be another function like sleep or a special feature specific to your laptop.

Let us know so we can better help you out.

If you click on the picture you see that to the left there is another button that has two small lights they are on.
I think that is the problem.
I cannot turn them off. They are lock buttons.

Typically you cannot use your laptops as an external monitor. You can stop by Geek Squad they will have external monitors set up for you to connect.

I could not find info on that “second power button” in the digital manual of your laptop but on laptops like the n750jv use that button as an “instant key button”. Basically it can be set for your own personal hot key and you can pull up things like a browser or whatever you want it to do.
