My LG smart 3D tv blew out I was watching tv heard a pop the screen went black and smoke stared coming from the back of the tv outlet so I unplugged it should I just buy a new tv I know it's going to be expensive to fix

It could just be something as simple as replacing a capacitor., or could be worse Taking it to someone who would do such a repair who doesn't rip people off may not be a bad idea, depending on the TV's current worth.
