So my family recently got a new ISP and changed our modem (to the one they sent us). I can connect to the wi-fi but there's no internet to connect to. These guys don't have a number I can call for technical support; all they have is an automated machine that tells me they'll call me back.

This is what I have:

Ethernet adapter Ethernet:

Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected

Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : D8-CB-8A-F0-DF-3D
DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes
Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes

Wireless LAN adapter Local Area Connection* 2:

Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi:

DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
DHCPv6 IAID . . . . . . . . . . . : 134796300
DHCPv6 Client DUID. . . . . . . . : 00-01-00-01-1E-3B-1C-96-D8-CB-8A-F0-DF-3D
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
NetBIOS over Tcpip. . . . . . . . : Enabled

Don't know what it means but I'm just following what other people ask for when answering questions.

Not sure if it's the ISP that messed up or if it's something I can fix at home. They call back once in a blue moon so if it's something I can't fix at home, I'll probably just cancel and get a new ISP.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT *IMPORTANT*: For all those who replied to my thread originally, I think I posted the wrong IP configuration (my mobile data). I've updated the post to the correct one.

First off, can you ping an external IP address, try 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
If you can then you have a DNS issue, try changing your DNS server in the adapter setting on the local host to the two IP addresses just given, they are google public DNS. Then see if you can either connect to the internet or ping www.google.com.

Tried pinging the Google's DNS servers but got this:

Pinging 8.8.8.8 with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Reply from 192.168.1.1: Destination net unreachable.
Reply from 192.168.1.1: Destination net unreachable.
Reply from 192.168.1.1: Destination net unreachable.

Ping statistics for 8.8.8.8:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 3, Lost = 1 (25% loss)

Changed my DNS servers to the Google ones but couldn't connect to the internet or the host www.google.com

Don't know where to find WAN connection status because nothing was labelled WAN.
Not sure if this tells you anything but it said,

under the Status tab, Network Access: Denied
under the Startup Procedure tab, Procedure: Connectivity State Status: In Progress Comment: Access Denied

How do you do that? I guess I'll try it. I'm trying everything I can to get it work.

Is it possible that it's just the ISP's fault and that I'm wasting my time trying to fix my internet?

I've tried that. Someone above told me the same thing. Didn't work.

I set the DNS as Google's public DNS servers and it didn't connect to the internet.

Sorry but I don't comprehend.
You're telling me to go to my IPv4 properties and do what exactly? Set my DNS server address to something?

I mean instead of using wifi, connect your computer direct to the modem.
We need to see if you even getting internet to the modem before figuring out the wifi.
