Hi I decided to buy gunnar glasses because I experience eye strain and dry eyes because I play games on my laptop for too long my question is that should I buy gunnar glasses without any help of doctor and how long should I wear it .only when I play games or all day And does these glasses effect out eye vision thank you

I would suggest going to an ophthalmologist so they can give you the correct prescription glasses that you need. I had that problem before having an eye strain for being exposed too long in front of the computer and after I visited my local ophthalmologist who prescribe me with the correct glasses, I no longer experience eye strains and headaches.

what type of glasses he gave to you.IS your eyesight is weak And does gaming cause eyesight to become weak I play games 2 or 3 hours a day is it ok
