My tv will not turn on. The red led on the bottom flashes 5 times before going back to solid red. Sometimes it will turn blue for a few seconds, but then go right back to blinking red. I think it's the power supply but I don't know how to test it. PLEASE HELP!! I want to fix this myself without spending too much money
