Asus Laptop Touchpad not working

I just bought a Asus X540S and it comes with Free DOS, i want to install windows 7 but when i get into the install window the cursor is not showing, i already tried fn+f9 but no succes. The keyboard is working just fine... Any ideas?

I agree with weber and hang. These laptops are equipped for hardware along with drivers that support Windows 8 and up. It may be best to pick up a nice external mouse as they are the superior human interface device.
ALTHOUGH! You can give this a try. Download the ASUS smart gesture application from the support page and afterwards update your ATK driver. I hope this helps and good luck!
