I have Windows 8.1 with 64 bit system. I just keep getting a general error that gives no real description of the problem. I'm sorry I don't have details because my notebook in in for repair (unrelated, the screen cracked,) Just wondering if anyone has similar problem and if they've solved the problem. Thanks. I'll update when I get computer back.
