Hi,
It seems like a hardware problem to me, the GPU to be exact. Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If the same problem will persist do connect an external monitor and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If the display would be the same at the external monitor that could only mean the the problem is the GPU.
- The problem would be the GPU if all these will not work and a repair is needed in order to resolve this issue.
