How to fix a levano laptop charger that won't charge

Have you tried a different AC adapter with your laptop? Normally if the charger no longer work, it would be best to replace it with a new one rather than opening the charger and fixing it. Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in identifying if it's really the charger that is faulty or not.
- First is to remove the battery off the laptop then power it on with just the charger connected and see if it will boot up.
- If the laptop will boot up normally without the battery that means the charger is still working and it can be the battery that is faulty.
- While the laptop is on, put the battery back in and see if it will charge or not.
- But if the laptop will not power on with just the charger connected and the battery disconnected that means it's the charger that needs to be replaced.
- Do also try a different AC adapter that has the same voltage and see if that will work or not.
