A few days ago i dug up a old laptop that i completely forgot about, and it worked fine in the past. If i'm aware, it's running Windows XP that i pre-installed, however, after charging it, and starting it, this happens: [video="https

I have attempted pulling out the battery, press the power button for 30 seconds with no power at all, and putting the battery back in, also fail. I also have tried to put it to run just on the AC cable without battery, still fail.
I have also tried to re-arrange the 2 ram sticks, the laptop still won't work. Sometimes it keeps blinking, and sometimes it just won't boot up at all.
Any help would be appreciated for this old laptop, as it's perfectly fine for making documents, presentations and simply experimenting.
