So I bought this TV 2 days ago, it's perfect as monitor in any game along with my high-end specs. Now I did had some problems, like when I move some window over dark background I can see how everything around that window is becoming darker, like that it's focusing on that window. So I found gaming mode in settings and I turned OFF dynamic contrast and that solved the problem. I disabled all ECO settings aswell and anything which doesn't help.

Now I do have slight "issue" although It's just a concern.

When I play game (example in borderless mode), and I alt tab some bright chrome window like this forum, game in background become lighter aswel, like that window is brightening application in background.

Same thing with OSD (benchmark numbers in corners for FPS and gpu/cpu usage), as soon as I go to dark scene or dark loading screen those white numbers become slightly darker.

I also noticed that after quitting from game while I'm on destkop there is like half to full second brightening up process. On monitor I would get background in gamma/brightness which is default, but TV needs that small amount of time to "autotune" normal settings. As I said I turned everything off.

Is this normal considering that I turned off all other options ? Experience is still amazing while I'm using it as monitor. Just making sure that I don't need to be bothered with because I do a lot of multitasking via 2 monitors along with TV and I notice those things a lot.

Could be one of those intangibles: similar to going into a big box store where dozens of TV's/monitors are running the same movie. All of the screens seem different and we gravitate to the one or two sets that present colors as we perceive to be the "best".

At this point if the experience is "amazing" then I would not worry about it. You just have fortunate sense of colors and contrast. Most likely, as time passes, you may may not even notice anymore. And even if you do the "no harm no foul" rule will come into effect.

Nope that wasn't the case. Movie mode instead gaming mode removed greyed colour on option "LED Clear Motion", so by disabling that actually everything is now as regular monitor. I do see a bit of change in quality though, only by a little bit, colours doesn't feel that "alive" although I found close settings.. Too bad that LED Clear Motion can't be controller in Game Mode :(
