Hi,

Do you have any picture of the grey % blue screen or what does it say on it? Here are some troubleshooting steps as well that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If will load to the same grey & blue screen and if it's the BIOS page press F10 and it should Save and Exit.
- If it still loads in the BIOS screen, remove the HDD off the laptop then boot it up without. If it will get pass the BIOS screen and loads into a black screen with an error that could only mean that the HDD is faulty already.
- If it will still get stuck on the BIOS screen that could mean that the problem is the motherboard. Do try...

- If it will still get stuck on the BIOS screen that could mean that the problem is the motherboard. Do try to open the laptop and remove the CMOS battery for a second then put it back in.
- Do contact the manufacturer of the laptop specially if its still under the factory warranty for a repair.
