Hello everyone.

I have a brand new Dell Windows 10 laptop that I have purchased. I am installing it at work as a workstation. The issue that I am having is. I have one hdmi port, and I have a hdmi to vga dongle. When I hook up the dongle. I get only one of the three monitors to come on and detect. The other two can not be found. Now, all of these monitors are hooked up through a system of vga dongles. Does anyone have any thoughts as to how to solve this issue?

Post the laptop model number or specs so we can check it is compatible with 3 monitors. If it is, it is probably an issue with the hdmi to vga dongles - can you describe the 'system' of vga dongles?

It could be that the laptop is detecting, but not using the other monitors. Right-click the desktop and select 'Screen resolution'. How many monitors appear? Try pressing detect to see if it picks them up. Then, make sure they are in 'Duplicate' or 'Extend' mode (click on each screen and select the dropdown menu).

Hope this helps.
