I wish to buy a PC, not build one. This is because I do not have the time to build one. Thank you for your answer! Any opinion which one is better?

I live in the States (US). I'm not that kind of person who builds things. I'm currently just wishing to buy a PC that can satisfy my needs. I just want to play Fallout 4 without crashing my game. I could possibly build one, but I don't know where to get a guide or anything like that. Don't know where to get materials either. And building a PC that I can use to play Black Ops 3, how much do you think it costs?

if you are just looking to play fallout 4 and black ops 3 then just get a PS4 or xbox one instead of wasting thousands on an overpriced gaming computer. from the sounds of it this would be the best option for you since it sounds like you do not have much knowledge about computers

online windows lisence 800 dollars max. lets say from 1 company that build it too 900 dollars.

alienware with less quality about the same peformance... 1800 dollar....+ sick design!!!
thats how it is... they

this is their marketing strategy.

msot expensive consumer cpu i7 6700k = 350 dollar
most expsive gpu for consumers 980ti =650 dollars
games are 80% dependent fromt he gpu anmd 20% fromt he cpu but ofc they promote the cpu cuz its cheaper

next they cheap out on the motherboard and pwoersupply, cuz no1 bats an eye about that.

did you know the only major difference between an i5 and i7 is is hjyperthreading / the i5 gives the same fps in games.
the only difference is the i7 will be better in video rendering and streaming triple a games.

sorry for the long post :)

I was using these games as an example because they require some heavy stuff. Thank you anyways.

Fixed best answer as per OP request.
As for the topic at hand. Prebuilts are generally a great way to waste some money and lose quality on key components (Motherboard, PSU, etc).
Alienware is probably the worst offender in this regard.

I HIGHLY recommend you build your own, it only takes a few hours and you will have a vastly improved system compared to any prebuilt in the same price range.
If you have a budget, please list it and we can give you a solid recommendation.
(No need for a new thread, keeps clutter down)

Okay thank you. My budget for this is $750 at most. (not including the monitors). This would be my first time building a PC so I need lots of information on how to build it and the best things for gaming.

Ninjas previous build listed would be nearly identical to what I would recommend in your budget.
In light of that, I second his build instead of posting my own.

Google and youtube are your friends for the process itself, here is the site I used my first time: http://www.pcgamer.com/how-to-build-a-gaming-pc-a-beginners-guide/
My biggest bit of advice, dont rush yourself. If something dosent make sense, look it up or come back here. Chances are you arent the only one to run into an issue.

2 downsides to my build.

1 it uses a stock cooler which is perfect but.... in intensive games with all the settings cranked up some call it a bit loud...
2 it got no room for an optical drive, u got to to use an external one(they are the same price tho and u buy games from steam soo...).
