I turned on my lenovo laptop (maybe 5th time I've used it) & the screen is upside down & unresponsive. Won't accept pin #. Won't change user. Won't turn off. Control+alt+delete did nothing. What can I do?

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If it will load onto the same up side down screen wherein it will still not accept your password do try it in Safe Mode.
- While the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options then select Safe Mode.
- If it will accept your password in Safe Mode and if the screen would be normal, do proceed with running System Restore.
