Does removing AMD Game Evolved & Raptr effect Radeon driver settings?

I own a Asus R9 390 dc3 Strix which has become sort of bench hobby. It runs fine until I download or upgrade new AMD drivers. AMD attached 'Game Evolve', 'Raptr' and 'Plays tv & video recorder' with the Radeon driver. These gadgets are buggy and lack sufficient fps playback. Sometimes the new driver won't spin the fan or doesn't work at all and I have to do another uninstall/reinstall. It's kind of annoying.
Does this video driver really need Game Evolve to run or can I just uninstall it? If I remove these gadgets, will it effect the games it optimized? I'd like to use Afterburner.

You got those utilities because you used express install. Nvidia has an equivalent as well. You can safely uninstall them without any problems.

FYI, AMD settings has overclocking, gpu temps, and fan speed all built in. You don't really need to install another program like MSI afterburner when you can do it directly through the drivers.
