Alciel :
Right now im running windows 7, But I plan to upgrade to windows 10 soon, Is there something wrong with windows 10 and pci slots?
No however there is a problem with old sound cards and Windows 10. The only ones I know of that had coaxial digital (older Sound Blaster Audigy cards) use PCI slots (which you may not have) and also even if you do they do not even have Windows 7 drivers, let alone 10. I tried to run mine on Windows 7 and it gave me nothing but problems, until I replaced it with an Titanium HD X-fi (which does not have coaxial digital).
My point is, you need to use optical to connect it. Using an old card with Windows 10, and most likely Windows 7 is not going to happen.
