Need to fix cord on my power supply help please

I have to repair cord it came undone from the pin and and outer. Cover need to know if the brown is hot wire or blue only 2 wires just want to be certain need only temp fix please help

You are not very clear on what you're talking about. DC cables from PSUs aren't "hot" or "cold" but are rather things like 12V, 5V, 3.3V, Ground/COM, PWR_OK, for example. What exactly are you talking about here? WHat cable?

Or if he's talking about a wire on the main ATX cable, brown would also be closest to 3.3V. But he's currently not so clear on this.

he is clear as that is ac voltage not dc. he says 2 wires, brown & blue which is the same as black & white. I was doing ac & dc wiring 26yrs ago.

Assuming it's the mains cord, go buy another one they are cheap.
Here in NZ Brown is Phase and Blue is Neutral. No Idea if that's international or not.
