can anybody tell me that ps vita is better or psp go and can I play gta 5 with it

The PSP go was just a psp in another form factor. The Vita is a newer more powerful system. You can play GTA 5 via remote play if you have a ps4 (and GTA 5 of course) and a strong network connections in your house.

ps vita is better because it has more games and features. You can't play GTA V on both of them but you can play GTA San Andreas and GTA Vice City on PS Vita

the PS vita is not a portable PS3 or PS4 so if you were expecting to be able to play every game in the PS3/ library on it then no. it does have a few games that are the same which was part of sony's crosssave thing a few years ago. but GTA V is not on any of sony's portable systems

just to add, the PSP GO didn't have a cartridge (or whatever they called there game media) everything had to be either downloaded to the device or onto a memory stick so it maybe the worst out of the PSP models
