Okay, so, basically, I have the Alienware 15 (970m) and it doesnt matter what game, every 2 mins or so, the game randomly caps at around 15 fps, and stays like that for around 30 seconds, when I first got this laptop, around a year ago it never did this, it only started 3 months ago.

I have pretty much every program closed while gaming, other than the game.

Solution
You need to clean it. That's why you experience fps drops, you should stop using it as well. Those temps are way too high. Either watch a youtube video of someone disassembling and cleaning it or give it to someone who can (lots of retailers clean laptops for like $10), but don't use it for gaming right now or you risk damaging it! Make sure you clean it as soon as possible.

ALSO, my laptop only has around 2 hours and 30 minutes of battery when full charged, and when I first got it, it had 5 - 7 hours of battery when fully charged.

Battery life is not a software problem, most likely you have reduced its life with overcharging. The FPS drops that happen are most likely due to overheating. Your laptop reaches some thermal threshold and downclocks itself to prevent damage. Can you please check your temperatures at the exact moment you experience the fps drop?

No problems, bring it to a professional who knows his job, since after all it's an expensive, new, good, laptop we are talking about. Make sure you get the full procedure - full cleaning + paste change, also tell them you have spilled tea on it, make sure they clean it nice. Might cost a few bucks more but I would not risk anything happening to this premium laptop.
