Hi, bought a 9000 yesterday. Connected it all up fine except my turntable..it has rca red and white into a pre amp then rca connected to the one connect box via a multi coloured component cable connector to red and white..This then connects to the soundbar from one connect box via HDMI arc..but the tv cant find signal...tried various colours connections but nothing..any help would be much appreciated..used to work fine through my old Onkyo RCV

Thanks in advance for any help

Solution
Most TVs won't go to an input without a video signal present.
You can solve this in two ways.
1. Connect the TT directly to the soundbar aux input. You would probably need a cable with a 3.5mm stereo plug at the sound bar end and two RCA plugs at the phone preamp output.
2. Connect a video signal from a video source to that input of the TV that the audio from the phone preamp is connected. For example if your cable box is connected to the TV with HDMI connect the composite video out of the box to the input that you connected the phone preamp.
Option one is better for sound quality. but using a Rega turntable with this level of equipment is hopefully temporary.

Hi thanks for your reply...the video lead to blue ray works to get a signal..I used have it connected to an onkyo receiver...and 5 speakers....but bought a new TV and sound bar and thought I'd run it through that and my sub woofer...that's when the trouble started...may go back to onkyo and speakers yet....thanks again
