Switching between Analog Headset and Speakers

Hi I have ATH m50x's and they are plugged into the front 3.5mm jack of my PC.
However I also have a set of Logitech speakers plugged into the green 3.5mm jack at the back of my PC however I cannot see them on the playback devices in sound menu.
Just wondering if anyone can help me figure out why and how to switch between. I don't have a dac/amp

Do you have the most recent audio drivers installed? Frequently this is the problem with finding the different ports on your system. I don't care about my front ports, but they don't work because I can't be bothered to install the appropriate audio driver. 90% of the time this is realtek, but you should go to your motherboard manufacturer and you can find it there. Your OEM if you have premade should also provide these drivers.

As an aside, if you have things like multibutton mice, may I suggest using NIRCMD (NirSoft), it's a very robust command-line app, but one of the things it can do is switch your audio output. It's nice, so you don't have to interrupt what you're doing to go and manually change it; I switch between my monitor and...
