hi, my laptop won't push the Z and the button next to it (not x, the other thing), and wont push the ? and the arrows as well ... I don't mind about the ? and the button next to Z but I can't do my essays without Z and I can't do anything without the arrows. Any help???? (I am using copy paste method all the time and I cannot keep up like this). My laptop is Toshiba and it's not new but I can't find any other problem (the rest of the buttons are working just fine)
