Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by pressing the Windows key + P at the same time and select between Extended or Duplicate display then press Enter.
- If it will not work, uninstall/reinstall the graphics card driver of your laptop.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver.
- Next is to check Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site. (Nvidia, AMD or Intel)
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot press the Windows key + P again then select from the options.
