Hello, so I had some problems with my laptop and decided to reformate it. I then managed to burn a windows installer on a DVD and put all my personnal files on a USB stick. I reformated my windows and reinstalled it and everything was fine up to this point. But when i try to download the network drivers, or any drivers from my home PC to my laptop using a USB stick, the driver setup wont work because it says i have compatibility issues, but my HP laptop has a x64 processor and my windows 7 professional is in x64 and the drivers i downloader were for x64...
My computer is a HP probook 6550b
Thanks you in advance for your help
P.S. english isnt my first language please cope with me

You have to get the hardware drivers specific to the machine so your desktop drivers won't work on your laptop. The only thing that may be the same would be for a printer. but the rest of the actual hardware would be different.

This verison of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) verion of the program
