I need to buy speakers for my pc and I want to be able to hook up my ps4 to them also. The ps4 only has an digital out (optical) and aux outputs, shown here,

and the speakers I want to buy only have the red and white aux inputs.

Is it possible to connect my ps4 to these speakers and if so what is the cable called?

These speakers also have two 3.5mm jacks on the side of the right satellite, what is the two sided aux cable called that will allow me to connect my phone to these speakers?

Solution
There are decoders that can convert optical digital to analogue but they will introduce a lag in the sound or at least the ones I have seen have and even a fraction of a second lag in sound can be very annoying, especially if the lipsync is out.

What are you connecting the PS4 too, TV, monitor? If that has a 3.5mm out it's probably the easiest and least likely to cause a problem.

my ps4 is connected to a plasma tv, if it has a 3.5mm out (doubt it) then that would be the only way to get the sound from the ps4 to the speakers without lag?
