esc key stopped working

6 month old Toshiba laptop, all of a sudden the esc key stopped working. it is used mostly to get out of fullscreen when watching Netflix or videos.
 
Solution

Usually laptops have soft keys , try removing the keyboard clean it reinstall it and try (dust and ants can cuse it).....if not work take it to service centre it needs repairing
