My acer aspire E15 won't start with the battery in.

Okay, my acer is under a year old and bought in europe. Yesterday I used up the battery on the computer and when i arrived home and tried to turn it on it wouldn't. so i tried everything. I can get it to start if i remove the battery and the plug in, hold in the on/of button for 20-30 sec and then plug in the charger. If i then plug in the battery at some point even after it has been turned on and working for some time, it shots off and wont start again until i remove the battery and charger hold the on/off button down for 20-30 sec and then put in the charger and turn it on. what is wrong - there hasn't been any problems with the computer at all before!

Hi,

It seems like your battery has failed already unfortunately. If it's working normally without the battery and is not working with the battery in that clearly states that the battery is faulty. If it's still under the factory the only solution would be to replace the battery.
