Type CMD into the start menu.
Right Click CMD and click 'Run As Administrator'
Type these in 1 by 1
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset
Then restart your computer. Did it fix the issue?
