Searching for software to stay updated with ~20 gmails

So as I stated in title, is there any software or way to manage and have control/notification if any email is recieved on around ~20 different emails ? Wondering because I'm building small business office, mostly casual not thinking about anything serious but first "issue" is being updated on all emails at once, doesn't matter if it's server or not.

Those are all gmails.

For local use there is Outlook but that is about it. There is thunderbird too but it isn't really updated much anymore.

Perhaps I do not understand the problem.
Why not just use windows live mail.
You can have many more than 20 email accounts.
You will get notification if an email arrives for any one of the accounts.

How about Mozilla Thunderbird? You can keep track of multiple accounts. If you are planning on doing more though consider buying a small computer (really low end, E-mail takes no power whatsoever) and buying a domain name to set up an email server. It's a lot easier for a business than managing millions of Gmail accounts, in my opinion.

Any mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora, Pegasus etc), Blackberry, Andriod, Windows or Apple phone, For Webmail look for a RoundCube installation that lets you have multiple accounts, or Windows Live mail.
