USB Doesn't Work After Upgrade

Hi, Forum.

After slow upgrading process from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, my Acer V5-471G had a problem: cannot read any device plugged via USB.

Help me, please ...

that not working USB slot is USB 3.0 or even USB 2.0??
did you choose "Keep files and settings" or "Keep nothing", you had better choose "Keep nothing" to remove all trash files that may cause trouble
