PoE Security Cameras with DVR and 2 Way Audio

I am looking for a reasonably priced, solid security cameras PoE with DVR and two way audio capabilities. Want Internet monitoring (phone/computer) with connect 4-3.54Mbps upload speed from the home.

This monitor my mother and keep her safe at home.

Really appreciate any assistance on this!

Why are you limiting yourself to POE cameras? WIFI n cameras are very flexible if you are using them indoors. Is a DVR really required or do you only need to e-mail jpegs when motion is detected? I have chosen the latter method which gets the images safely offsite. Even if all the hardware in my house is gone, the jpegs are still on an e-mail server somewhere. Just a few things to think about...
