I had problem with my laptop. I already opened my BIOS setup and when i opened on the boot menu there's no HDD on my boot option. Please save me and my laptop T.T

Hi,

It can only mean that there's a problem with the HDD itself unfortunately.
- Do try to remove the HDD off your laptop then put it back in making sure it's seated properly.
- If it doesn't get detected again try the HDD with a different PC or laptop.
- If it doesn't get detected by a different PC that means the only solution would be to replace the HDD.
