the best laptop 1000$-1500$

I'll look closer, but I'd recommend a GSYNC laptop if it's in the budget.

The Asus you link is GSYNC.

With GSYNC, to get perfect you mainly need to:
a) figure out how to globally cap properly to stay in asynchronous mode
b) be aware of the odd game with specific needs (like Fallout 4 which apparently wants to run at 60FPS on PC. So you'd set a specific 60FPS cap for it)

Other:
a) panel is an IPS, 4ms panel, and should be 75Hz AFAIK (so it's a nice panel)
b) GSYNC is about gaming smoother, especially when the frame rate drops low (it really makes a big difference)
