live streaming to another room

I am trying to figure out how to live stream a lecture to another room. The camera will have to be hand held as it is a surgery and the broadcast is going to a smart-board with Windows 7 on it. I have searched around but I must not be using the right keywords in google.

Preferably 1080, plus audio. Thanks!

1) Do NOT use consumer equipment in medical environments. It might be fine for autopsies, but if you have live human subjects you should contact an authorized medical equipment vender
2) Since you will be in a medical establishment, what frequencies are you authorized to use? What is your allotted bandwidth? What physical connections can you use?
3) You should really contact your supervisor about this, perhaps he can tell us more about your needs.

It is a simple dental procedure, not a full on surgical operatory. Because of this, there is no limitation on frequency or bandwidth usage. They are hoping to have something like a handheld camcorder that can wirelessly stream to the smart-boards.

You should still contact a professional, your insurance company might not cover liabilities from unauthorized equipment after all.
