MSI CX62 2QD or Lenovo Thinkpad E540-W00

My job requires me to travel to places in long distance (in this case, islands). Some said that Lenovo thinkpad is more suitable for me. But I'm thinking to buy MSI instead , because I work with pictures and video and MSI has the requirements that I need.

So, my question is which laptop should I get?

Neither. Definitely not the CX62 because that's a gaming computer. And the E540? Way too thick.
I found some refurbed Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 12 for $479-$519. That's a good place to start.
