And I have another choice with nvidia gt 550m and core i3 1.7ghz
And

Which one should i choose for Gaming? Can I play fallout 4 or gta v or ac syndicate?

720m is too slow for games except at the...
The i5 system with the 630m is best of all of those, but it will not play the games you want well. Will be on low settings and may be some slowdowns even then. Take a look at the charts here http://www.tomshardware.com/news/fallout-4-pc-benchmarks-vsync,30527.html

Those games may play at 720p on low at playable frame rates.

For laptops, a starter gaming system should start with a 960m video card for decent results, 940m at the least for lower settings. Anything else is just a basic use system that can manage to hobble along in a new game at lowest settings, not really something you want to have if you play games on it often.

Thanks bro, what about gt 720m with 15 2.3ghz?

720m is too slow for games except at the lowest settings at low resolutions, even then it may not run well.
