Use bluetooth keyboard with usb smart tv

Just because the TV has a USB port it doesn't mean it can handle a BT USB Dongle, consult the Sammy manual see what it says.
If that doesn't work, I would try a (inexpensive) Logitech K400 (type) KBD, it uses a dongle but I don't think is BT (there is not the normal BT pairing involved), it's some kind of proprietary thing, but It works on my PC even in BIOS no needing Windows to load, I think it just emulates a hardwired USB KBD.
