Restore toshiba to factory settings "0" key won't show warning screen

I need to restore my toshiba satellite L635-SP3003L to factory settings but it doesn't show the recovery partition. I know it is there somewhere. DVD is broken so I can't make it from an instalation drive

I allready tried that, it doesn`t work. As equal as I can`t see the recovery partition, the system won`t show the Toshiba Recovery Wizard, just the windows program
