Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start with a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If these will not work try to reseat the RAM's, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly.

I actually figured out the fix but I am not for sure what I did. First Step boot it up and then go press F2. Second Step go to boot settings and un check the first box you see and then check it again. Then go to where it says Manufacture Settings and User Settings click on both once, and then leave by pressing ESC but make sure you save. Now it will give you a message saying NVRAM... and a black screen. Once you see that don't click anything until it automatically shuts it self off. Reboot and you should be GOLDEN! (I could be wrong but that's what I did and it miracuously started working).
