Hi there! So, I've been doing a lot of reading on this site - and online in general - and haven't quite found what I'm looking for.

I'd like to know what some good gaming laptops are that can run games such as The Sims 4. I plan on spending a pretty penny for a laptop that will perform well and last for at least a few years, so any good/bad experiences you've had with a specific gaming laptop, I'd love to hear about.

I'd also like to know what to avoid when looking for a gaming laptop and a possible price range. Thanks in advance!

Solution
$750-$1200 should be your target for a budget-mainstream gaming notebook. Look at companies like Asus, Toshiba, Gigabyte, and ESPECIALLY MSI first would be my recommendation.

I don't own "gaming" notebooks, but I do a lot of research on them. MSI and Asus hold the best gaming notebooks on the market. For Asus, take a look at the GL550s, and for MSI take a look at the leopard and Apache notebooks.
