Lenovo y50-70 game lack issues

I am having issues with my Lenovo Y50-70 gamer laptop is lacking when playing MMORPG games.
Even though my friend has a lower spec computer than me and we are playing on the same network, and in the same spot in the game, his computer does not lack, while my computer lacks a lot. We are playing with the same game settings.

I have tried updating my graphics driver without any luck.

My computer specs:
i7-4720HQ
8GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 860M 2GB
256GB SSD

Can anyone help me?

Hi,

Please do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia GTX driver.
- Check Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Next is to download and install the latest graphics driver from the manufacturers site.

- Reboot your laptop once the latest drivers has been installed.
- After the reboot make sure to set Nvidia as the default graphics card.

I have tried the above with no luck. I am still running as low as 3fps when playing.
Any other suggestions?

Maybe your computer picks an integrated secondary graphics card as the main graphics card. Go into nvidia graphics control panel, find the exe file for the game and set it to "run with high performance nvidia graphics"
