Display resolution stuck at 1366x768

Hello,

My windows 10 laptop is currently running with 1366x768. I have used a much higher resolution before. I am unable to increase this at all. I have tried updating the drivers, but the system says its all current.

I do not know what exactly to do. Can someone please help. Thank you.

From what I see, the screen for the system has a native resolution of 1366x768. You can sometimes get away with using custom resolutions, though the optimal setting is the screen's native resolution.

You could possibly upgrade the screen - if the financial and technical burden are worth it to you - though the computer will have its limits as to what it can support. Hopefully the computer treats you well enough otherwise.
