The problem is, when I move laptop even if it's a tiny movement, sound stops, I shake/move it again sound is back! the problem is frequent, some times without moving it occurs!

Laptop model is 6 years old:

Dell inspiron 1545
Windows 8.1
Core 2 Duo
3GB Ram
HDD 500

I noticed when I press/hold my fingers on the HDD spot trying to squeeze it upwards or downwards to gain sound back, some times this method works, no spots but the HDD, I don't know why this is happening! also when I plug some headphones, while listening to anything, if the problem occurs, the sound comes from the speakers, not the headphones! if I shake it back as always, sound comes back from headphones.

What's wrong here? how do I fix this issue?

Solution
Sounds like a problem with the sound card, which is located near the hard drive bay. They aren't too difficult to replace if you can find a used one on EBAY. Otherwise, A USB audio adapter can be used if you just need to use headphones or external speakers.
