My laptop is an acer aspire f 15 touchscreen laptop and I just took it out the box and it's already not charging. I'm not sure what to do. At first it wouldn't turn on but found the battery reset button on bottom of laptop and it turned on. But it still won't charge and the light don't even come on to say charging. Please help me!!!!!

I would suggest taking it back and have it replaced since it's a new laptop it shouldn't be doing all those issues.
