I have a Comcast TV cable connection using a HD Xfinity Mod. PR150BNM desktop box that I want to connect to a Magnavox Mod. MDR557H/F7 VCR. Can anyone tell me how to connect? I had an old VCR that failed. I bought another and attempted to run the cable setup program but now my TV will only run on the VCR setting, not on PC or TV or HDMI or component -- only VCR. The VCR will not operate at all. Is there an order in which each must be set up, or other advice available, please?

3. You will not be able to change channels on the box or watch one program while recording another (this would require another cable box just for the VCR). You can set the time the recording...
