My laptop will not load pass the welcome screen. It stay on welcome screen after I put pass word in. It also shows windows error recovery, or something like that. Then it starts checking d and c disc drive or something like that. What can I do i can't do anything because it want go pass the welcome screen. Please help if u can. Thank u
